Portal Membership

To help cover the cost of maintaining a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal, we charge a small access fee

You may choose between:

  • Annual access: $250 per year (best value)

  • Monthly access: $25 per month, billed on the 1st of each month

  • Administrative-only: Free

This fee helps support the technology and staff time required to keep the portal running smoothly, including secure messaging and other features that make your care more accessible.

Administrative Messages

Always free:

  • Scheduling & billing questions

  • Medical records requests

  • Access to labs & imaging reports

  • Short summary of normal/no-change test results

  • Prescription refill requests

  • Insurance questions

  • General office questions

Clinical Messages

$250 annually or $25 per month

  • Quick answers to 1–2 brief questions per week

  • Clarification of care plans or test results that don’t require treatment changes

  • Help with scheduling, billing, or records

Secure messages that involve medical expertise are included in your portal subscription and helps us maintain safe, secure, and timely access to your clinician.

Requires a Visit

  • New symptoms or health concerns

  • Medication changes, new prescriptions, or dose adjustments

  • Test results that require a change in care

  • Counseling or discussions that take more than a few minutes (e.g., menopause therapy, sexual health, fertility)

    The portal isn’t for emergencies — call 911 or go to the ER if urgent.
