Patient Portal Guidelines

To ensure we can respond to all patients in a timely manner, we ask that you use the patient portal messaging system for brief, single-question inquiries only. Examples of appropriate portal messages include prescription refill requests, appointment scheduling questions, quick updates that need no changing, or questions or clarification on a single instruction from your recent visit.

For complex medical concerns requiring detailed discussion or multiple questions or back and forth, please schedule an appointment.

Five to 10 minute virtual telehealth appointments/ or calls will now be available. These will be for visit follow up clarification only and will be $25-50 depending on length of time.

Extended Portal Communication Fee

Please note that extended or complex portal communications requiring significant provider review and response time (exceeding 10 minutes) may be subject to a service fee. Simple, brief questions will continue to be answered at no charge. If your inquiry requires an extended response, our team will notify you before any charges are applied.

We believe these changes will help us serve you better while ensuring our providers have adequate time to address all patient needs. If you have questions about these updates, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our practice.
